What You’ll Do As the Senior Manager, Partner Analytics, you will lead a team of high-performing analysts to deliver strategic insights and data-driven solutions that power our partnerships and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical, and Technology leaders to support new and ongoing initiatives that drive business impact and partner success. Your team’s work will inform key decisions through in-depth analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement across our partner ecosystem. You will champion analytical rigor, foster innovation in how we use data, and mentor your team to develop scalable analytical solutions that advance organizational priorities. The Day to Day Lead and Develop a High-Performing Analytics Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts; foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and data excellence. Drive Strategic Partner Insights: Partner with leadership to identify key performance drivers across operational, clinical, and partner programs; translate findings into actionable recommendations. Forecasting & Modeling: Oversee the development and maintenance of forecasts and models for engagement, staffing, and partner performance. Advanced Analytics & Data Storytelling: Guide your team in conducting deep-dive analyses that synthesize operational, clinical, and financial data into clear, actionable insights. Program Evaluation: Conceptualize and evaluate models to assess the viability and success of new initiatives and clinical programs across multiple markets and partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with strategy, clinical, and market expansion teams to uncover and pursue data-driven opportunities for growth and efficiency. Operational Excellence: Establish best practices in data management, reporting, and analytics processes; ensure data integrity and consistency across deliverables. Enable Self-Service Insights: Partner with Technology and BI teams to design intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that empower stakeholders to monitor performance. Data Governance: Identify, communicate, and lead the resolution of data quality issues or gaps that impact partner or operational reporting. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Public Health, or Business Analytics). 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, including at least 1 year in a people management or team leadership role.
