About the Role: The Senior Manager, APAC Benefits is a regional leadership role responsible for the design, governance, and delivery of employee benefits programs across 11 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including India, Australia, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Reporting to the VP, Global Benefits, Wellbeing, Safety and M&A, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that benefits programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global rewards strategy, while meeting diverse local market needs How You Will Make an Impact Lead the regional benefits strategy for APAC, aligning local programs with global objectives and market best practices Partner closely with the Global Benefits team to drive consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across benefits offerings Serve as the primary regional point of contact for escalated benefits-related matters and complex employee or stakeholder queries Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits delivery Ensure full compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements across all APAC countries Oversee and optimize health & insurance programs, working with local brokers and insurers to secure competitive coverage and pricing Manage the design and administration of retirement and pension plans, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory alignment Develop, review, and govern time-off and absence policies, analyzing trends to inform policy enhancements Lead benefits communication and education, including employee guides, SharePoint content, new hire orientations, and benefits portals Use data and analytics to identify trends, manage costs, and recommend improvements to programs and processes What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards, with strong exposure to APAC markets Proven experience managing multi-country benefits programs in a regional or global organization Strong understanding of health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies across APAC Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor while remaining hands-on and execution-focused Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and geographies Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and efficiencies High level of cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and comfort working in a complex, matrixed environment Self-starter mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence We power infinite possibilities.
