Gartner is seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and motivated individual to join the Gartner Conferences Attendee Engagement team. Core responsibilities: Support the planning, delivery, and execution of existing and new attendee engagement initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver conference-specific engagement programs Analyze feedback, data, and trends on a continual basis to track performance and enhance attendee engagement programs Enhance the attendee journey by assisting with creating content on web-based portals, infographics, user-guides, and video assets Support Customer Insights, Attendee Communications, and additional projects and initiatives for Gartner Conferences Additional responsibilities: Interact in a highly professional manner, internally and externally Participate in team meetings and work with team members across multiple time zones Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with all stakeholders Travel to Gartner Conferences to support the Attendee Engagement team on-site as needed (
