Summary: The Sr. Manager, Benefits is responsible for the administration, planning and implementation of the Company’s Group Health & Welfare benefits programs. This position relies on extensive experience, analytical skills, and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, the SR MGR performs a variety of tasks including leading and managing the work of others.

Paid Time Off: Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

• Strong organization and time management
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certificate (CEBS) preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Access & Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.

• Experience with Oracle HR and Benefits functionsPreferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 10 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
