Description
Lead complex projects and problem resolution efforts related to risk management. Collaborate with teams to identify and analyze risks that may impact operations and assets. Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and compliance. Assess current business trends to inform risk management practices and improvements. Drive global process improvements through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. Leadership and line management of PPUK Compliance managers. Provision of second line market compliance oversight & advisory support to BNPL Credit product and servicing teams across the UK and Global enterprise. Risk & Compliance Program delivery, including risk assessments, annual oversight and monitoring plans, policy development. Effective reporting of key risks and KPIs into UK governance, including PPUK Product Governance, Outsourcing, Conduct and Customer Outcomes, Risk and Audit & Risk Committees, along with other global fora. Delivery of new and existing product compliance reviews to support identification and appropriate mitigation of first line operational and regulatory risks, in line with PPUK policy and risk appetite. Ongoing maintenance of SME knowledge to facilitate effective advice and oversight of current and emerging risks. Collaboration with internal teams (such as PPUK functional leaders, Global Financial Crime, Program enablement, internal control partners, product leaders) to drive effective risk mitigation plans and supporting business requirements. Collaboration with global risk and compliance teams, across all three lines of defence, to support strategic development, policy / process alignment and continuous improvement of risk and compliance management frameworks. Design and implement oversight frameworks for future expansion programs 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
