As the Sr. Manager, BI, you will oversee the organization’s business intelligence and analytics strategy, transforming the way data is utilized across the company. You will lead a team of skilled developers, manage the design and implementation of BI solutions, and ensure that the company’s data architecture supports advanced analytics and business insights. You will leverage tools like SQL, Power BI, IPAAS (Celigo), NetSuite, PowerShell, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate systems. Reporting to the VP of IT Ops, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and foster a data-first culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
• Advanced expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps platform.
• Proven experience with data architecture, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems, including ERP platforms like NetSuite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
