As part of our broader Partnerships team, the Sr. Manager, Client Services & Activations will manage a vast portfolio of top-tier brand partners, servicing and building relationships while working together to create the future of TGL presented by SoFi. Additionally, this person will serve as a mentor on the Partnerships team, owning Client Services and Activations for multiple brands and helping to streamline processes and continue to build out scalable processes. Responsibilities Partner with Sales to onboard new partners, interpret contract terms, and create activation plans for ROI Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for each partner that promote the brand’s products and services Manage all partnership deliverables (i.e. signage, print, digital, broadcast elements, promotional assets, hospitality, premiums, etc.) to meet client standards Coordinate branding and activations for matches and events, including but not limited to in-game features, fan engagement and more Work cross-functionally \on tailored marketing and PR campaigns Maintain regular communication with clients and agencies to build partnerships, improve activations, and fulfil commitments that drive renewals Regularly assess partners’ ROI and objectives for scalable success Review and approve partner marketing materials for brand alignment and effectiveness Manage recap reports, broadcast assets, and client inventories Utilize CRM tool to track client activation deliverables and proof of performance Assist in the development of slide decks for client presentations and visual presentation mockups for client review Contribute to annual budget planning and manage activations within budgets Support leadership in developing strategic partner plans Travel, as needed, to SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, and partner locations for matches and events. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 5-7 years in sports partnership activation, preferably within an agency, sport or media environment Experience managing accounts and activations for a large portfolio of prominent brands Strong relationship-building, communication, time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving initiatives forward with a clear, communicative approach Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines Excellent presentation and communication skills Self-starter who is independently motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop Basic creative/graphic design skills a plus to assist in creating mockup documents Location This role is based at our headquarters in Winter Park, FL.
