Role and Responsibilities: Develop and Manage EMS vendors for Bloom Energy Electronic commodity which includes Price management T2 Off the Shelf parts vendor management Supplier performance, E&O Management, Business Review Strengthening the business relationship New vendor selection and development Develop commodity strategies to align with Bloom Energy’s growth roadmap. Own sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management function Perform market analysis and forecast industry trends. Define cost structures and develop should cost models. Support product development roadmap incorporating design change and implementation to current and future product lines. Collaborate with Cross Functional team to assess, understand, and prioritize business needs. Skills and Experience: 10+ years experience, BE Electronics / Electrical Should have experienc managing a team 3 -4 years in program management role in EMS is preferred Technical knowledge on EMS process like PCBA, Box build etc. is preferred Strong negotiation skills Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data. Confident in working in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met. Ability to multitask and effectively communicate progress and risks. A quick learner and team player, exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
