This role will provide strategic as well as pragmatic Legal & Compliance guidance and solutions to Edwards Canada leadership, commercial teams and functions . By establishing strong and proactive relationships with the business and functions at local level this role will develop and implement Legal & Compliance strategies, which will enable sustainable success and promote patient wellbeing.
In close collaboration with other functions (e.g. HR, Regulatory, Internal Audit, Finance, etc) this role handles complex Legal & Compliance issues in-line with legal, industry or internal standards, and communicates to the appropriate levels within the organization (functionally and with business partners).
