Job Description As the Senior Customer Success Manager for Channel and Enterprise, you'll guide a team of Customer Success Managers, develop and implement strategic plans, and strengthen client relationships. In your day-to-day, you'll: Lead and mentor a team of individual Customer Success Managers (CSMs), inspiring and coaching them to meet and exceed targets Operate as a “player-manager,” handling key accounts while overseeing the team's portfolios Develop and implement comprehensive account management strategies aligned with global corporate objectives Collaborate with Marketing and other senior leaders to optimize performance and prioritize sales initiatives Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process and ongoing account management to ensure a superior customer experience Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain global alignment Drive initiatives to enhance sales processes and maximize inbound revenue potential Execute upmarket expansion strategies to target and win larger clients Represent Wix at international events to increase brand awareness and forge strategic partnerships Contribute to building the organization, including shaping the company culture, as a member of the Wix Japan Leadership Team (JLT) Qualifications Requirements At least 10 years of B2B account management experience with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams on a global scale At least 5 years of experience managing both individual contributors (e.g., CSMs, Account Managers) Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower teams of varying seniority levels Demonstrated success working closely with marketing teams to drive and optimize sales performance through coordinated campaigns and initiatives Significant experience in a startup environment, building and scaling account management operations from the ground up Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Proven success in securing large enterprise clients (upmarket experience) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing market conditions Fluency in Japanese and business-level English required Additional Information About the Team Wix Japan is an innovative team focused on expanding Wix’s presence in the Japanese market.
