THE ROLE:

Canoe is transforming how institutional investors manage alternative investment data. We automate document collection, data extraction, and delivery for the world’s leading allocators. As we scale, we’re rebuilding our operational engine — and we’re looking for a high-performing operator to help lead that transformation.
We’re hiring an Sr. Manager of Data Delivery to serve as the execution quarterback and right hand to the Director of Data Strategy & Operations. You’ll help operationalize and enforce Canoe’s strategic initiatives across manual and automated operations — including document collection, data extraction, and data product workflows.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You’ll ensure teams are aligned, issues are unblocked, and strategic priorities are implemented consistently. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Client Services teams, manage the day-to-day delivery engine, and help drive forward Canoe’s broader data strategy roadmap.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Translate strategy into concrete execution workplans across Connect, Intelligence, and Asset Data workflows
• Own the operational rhythm of daily/weekly execution and proactively unblock issues across teams
• Drive accountability by holding onshore and offshore leads to clear deliverables and timelines
• Partner with Product and Engineering to roll out automation tools and AI agents
• Lead short-term cross-functional initiatives (e.g., backlog cleanup, SOP rollouts, delivery acceleration)
• Support resourcing, workflow design, and escalation management
