Job Description

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager – Data Operations and Reporting to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our data management and reporting functions. This role will oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of business-critical information across the organization. The Senior Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting standards, streamline data operations, and deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. With a focus on data governance, operational efficiency, and advanced reporting capabilities, this leader will play a key role in strengthening our data-driven culture and enabling scalable growth.

EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING

  • Around10 years of proven experience in the Data Operations and Reporting space
  • Curiosity
  • Pharmacy, HUB, and/or Large Complex Healthcare Operations Leadership Experience
  • Understanding of Modern Data Architecture/Flows/Connectivity
  • Ability to translate functional to technical requirements and if needed, with the assistance of Technical Leads
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Manage a Global Workforce consisting of Associates in varied US Time Zones, India FTE, and Contractors
  • Lead Reporting and Analytics Project Estimations
  • Develop Assets for Business Development (RFP, Bid Defense, Implementations) reflective of Best in Class Reporting and Analytics Tools
  • Coordinate requirements for Change and New Reporting and Analytics Products between Business Leaders, Project Management Teams, and Developers
  • Facilitate prioritization of work utilizing tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet
  • Translate requirements to actionable technical requirements from a Business Operations perspective.
  • Develop a deep understanding of EVERSANA Patient Services Systems, Service Offerings (Affordability, HUB, Pharmacy Dispensing, Benefit Verification, Portals/Apps, Others), and Data Assets to facilitate effective, timely, and accurate reporting offerings
  • Assist with maintaining and enhancing client specific and standard reporting and analytics documentation.
  • Develop and foster Associate Development including expansion of scope and responsibilities for individuals within the existing team.
