We track and analyze tens of billions of ads every day for the biggest brands in the world like Nike, AT&T, Disney, Vodafone, and most of the Fortune 500 companies, if you’ve seen an online ad via Web, Mobile, or CTV device then there is a big chance that it was measured by us. We operate at a massive scale, handling over 100B events per day and over 1M RPS at peak. We process events in real-time at low latencies (ms) to help our clients make decisions before, during and after the ad is served. What will you do You will generate insights into user attentiveness and provide data-driven recommendations that help major brands optimize their ad media spend strategies, maximizing ROI and overall campaign performance. You will build a vision and lead the ideation of new innovative solutions, then translating them into algorithmic proof-of-concepts that lay the foundation for future products. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to plan and prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment on goals and clarity on progress and challenges. You will design and build large-scale ML pipelines to predict user interactions with ads, capturing user behavior during playback and probable measures of attentiveness. You will drive multiple data initiatives in parallel, balancing innovation with the maintenance of existing ML pipelines and the delivery of new ones. You will lead and grow a team of multi-skilled engineers and data scientists, recruiting top talent, mentoring individuals, and guiding them to deliver impactful solutions. Who you are BSc or higher in Computer Science/Math/Statistics/Electrical Engineering or similar. 5+ years proven experience developing ML solutions from research to production. 3+ years experience in managing a DS team and leading Data Science/ML projects. Experience with building ML models & data pipelines on tabular data, in large scales. Experience with distributed processing with Spark, Flink or similar technologies. Strong experience working with Python, tools and libraries such as Pandas. Strong communication skills. Experience with visualization methods and tools. Nice to have MSc in a relevant discipline Experience with Databricks & MLflow Previous experience with online advertising #Hybrid#
