Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sr. Manager, Delivery to lead cross-functional software development teams in delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving agile practices, fostering team performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders.You will be accountable for software delivery, leading a multi-disciplined, highly skilled and motivated team or teams. You will be accountable for determining ‘how’ to achieve the agreed business outcome, for iterative delivery and for optimising our team’s productivity.
