Job Description

YOUR CAREER

We are seeking a dynamic and capable Sr Manager, DevOps Engineering to lead a team within our Cortex DevOps Engineering group based at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. The DevOps team plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and availability of the production environment hosting Cortex products. This team also supports the Cortex R&D team through the use of CI tools, infrastructure, and automation.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE/Technical Support engineer, with a focus on reliability
• 5+ years of experience in a team lead or management role
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell scripts and Python, and a basic understanding of Linux systems
• Experience with virtualized and containerized environments, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platform operations (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) is advantageous
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and Configuration Management tools (e.g., Jenkins) is advantageous
• A passion for technology and innovation
