Responsibilities
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, dealer engagement and customer loyalty
  • Drive email campaign strategies, including segmentation, automation and personalization, to maximize engagement and conversions
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms and tools to continuously enhance marketing performance
  1. Digital Platform Management
  • Lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of the Salesforce dealer portal to enhance dealer experience and adoption
  • Play a key role in the future launch and integration of Salesforce marketing cloud, including strategy, configuration, execution and adoption planning
  • Integrate digital planforms to streamline data flow, improve personalization, and enhance marketing performance measurement
  • Oversee and guide UI/UX design direction to ensue all digital platforms have intuitive navigation, consistent visual identity and a seamless user journey that aligns with brand standards.
  1. Marketing Analytics & Insights
  • Develop and manage marketing analytics frameworks to track campaign performance, customer behavior and engagement metrics
  • Translate data into actionable insights to guide digital marketing strategy, optimize spending and improve ROI
  1. Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team (direct and/or cross-functional), fostering innovation and accountability
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines for digital marketing projects
