POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Specialty Self-Service Portfolio oversees roadmap definition and management for Specialty digital products that empower patient self-service (incl. CHAT, IVR and others). This role is responsible for strategic intake of Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (DDAT) work and the facilitation of cross functional collaboration. They will be responsible for defining and managing multi-team product roadmaps, feature delivery, and overall success of their portfolio enabling a best-in-class E2E experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to DDAT product management standards, by the various product teams they oversee.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years technology product management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience defining and managing product roadmaps, including familiarity with KANBAN and SCRUM methodologies.
  • 5+ years’ experience performing user engagement, product launches and user onboarding.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of multiple products.
  • 5+ years of experience leading agile product teams.
  • 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive-friendly content.
  • Must be able to work east coast hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing customer digital products (e.g., web, mobile app, consumer software etc.).
  • Familiarity with tasks in Pharmacy workflows.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
