Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional creative team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation and results-driven creativity. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience leading creative or brand teams within an agency or in-house environment. Proven track record developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business results. Expertise across content strategy, SEO/AEO/GEO, design, art direction, photography, and videography. Deep understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging media channels. Experience leading hybrid teams (internal and external) and scaling creative operations globally. Proficiency with creative and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Monday.com). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. History of demonstrating creative excellence and strategic impact Develop and execute holistic, 360° campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential media. Build and maintain a scalable network of external agencies, production partners, and freelancers to flex capacity and meet global demand. Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure creative output aligns with global go-to-market strategies. Act as a trusted advisor and creative thought partner to senior stakeholders. Facilitate creative workshops and brainstorms that inspire bold ideas and innovative thinking across the organization. Establish and uphold creative standards for brand consistency, storytelling quality, and customer impact.
