Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance and/or accounting is required.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or Supply Chain environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to contribute to business model decisions, analyze complex problems, and drive effective resolutions.
  • Strong technical skills required (i.e. Advanced Excel)
  • Experience with the following systems is preferred: NetSuites, FIT, Tableau and Power BI
  • Possess strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a proven track record of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
