We are seeking a Global OT Manager, responsible for overseeing and managing the operational technology systems within the organization. This role involves leading a team to ensure the efficient, secure, and optimized operation of OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and MES. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in OT, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the OT domain.
This position is part of the GODE organization (Global Operations Digital Excellence) located in Copenhagen and works in a hybrid setting but primarily onsite. Reports to the Senior Manager OPS IT responsible for the IT part of GODE.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • 5 years of proven experience managing teams across multiple countries, with a strong track record in remote leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.

    • Strong technical expertise in OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs and MES.
    • Knowledge of data management and cybersecurity best practices in an OT context.

    IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

    • Experience with industry standards and regulatory requirements in OT.
    • Knowledge of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and edge computing solutions.

    TRAVEL, MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD & PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to travel worldwide up to 25%
      The job is offered as an onsite position. An individual agreement can be made with the local manager for limited hybrid work. The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group.

    • Develop and lead a high-performing OT team, enhancing your leadership and management skills and play a critical role in implementing the strategic direction of the organization’s operational technology initiatives.
    • Contribute to the digital transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, positioning yourself as an expert in OT compliance and implement best practices within the OT environment, contributing to the organization’s reputation for operational excellence
    • Align OT initiatives with business objectives, making strategic contributions that support the organization’s overall goals and identify and implement cost-saving measures, contributing to the financial health of the organization
    • Manage OT systems across multiple sites or regions, gaining experience in global operations and diverse industrial environments
