Location This is a hybrid position based in NYC. The Role TheGuarantors is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize multi-channel demand generation, reporting into the SVP of Marketing. You will manage our paid media agency and partner with sales, product, and senior leadership to drive measurable growth across both institutional and SMB audiences. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on data analysis to ensure our investments translate into high-quality leads and pipeline impact. What You'll Do Lead demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified leads across target audiences Manage and collaborate with paid media agency to optimize spend across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms Evaluate performance to understand impact on leads and pipeline Own growth initiatives across paid channels as well as non-paid levers like SEO and account-based marketing (ABM) Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests (ads, landing pages, audiences, bids) to refine targeting and messaging Continuously report on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to sales, product, and senior leadership Partner cross-functionally to align demand generation with sales objectives and product priorities Manage growth marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI across channels What You Bring 4+years of growth marketing experience, ideally with B2B audiences and at a high-growth start-up Proven expertise in paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), with hands-on familiarity in SEO and ABM Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling data and translating insights into action Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, budgets, and cross-functional projects Excels in fast-moving, dynamic environments that require focus and flexibility Clear, confident communicator who can engage with both senior leadership and peers Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics Benefits Opportunities to make an impact within a fast growing company Medical, dental, & vision insurance, beginning day one Health savings account with employer contribution Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter) 401(k) Generous PTO and paid holidays Flexible working hours Paid parental leave Company sponsored short and long term disability Base Salary The base salary range is between $135,000 - $160,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
