Description
Lead multiple teams or workstreams within the analytics function. Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, business-relevant insights. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape business strategies with data. Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies in analytics. Build, mentor, and retain a diverse client-facing insights team; establish standards for analysis, visualization, and narrative craft. Prioritize the portfolio of deal-support analyses, market narratives, and thought-leadership content aligned to revenue goals. Partner with Sales leaders on pre-sales discovery, RFPs, account planning, and QBRs; ensure insights are instrumented to influence spend and renewals. Liaise with Product & Product Marketing to inject insights into go-to-market, positioning, and roadmap; champion advertiser needs back to the org. Collaborate with Product Management on scalable datasets, feature stores, and tools that power rapid storytelling. Oversee the development of advertiser-ready analyses, dashboards, and sales collateral that clearly answer “so what?” and “what next?” Track pipeline and performance of insights work; report business impact to senior leadership. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years in client-facing analytics, insights, and marketing science roles within ads sales Proven record partnering with Sales to influence advertiser investment; adept at framing hypotheses, structuring analyses, and translating findings into persuasive narratives and recommendations. Proven track record hiring and managing high-performing teams. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; strong data visualization skills; executive-ready storytelling. Excellent stakeholder management; able to communicate complex ideas simply and credibly at the C-suite level.
