Are you a certified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) expert looking to make a meaningful impact? Talabat’s Regional Logistics team in Dubai seeks a dedicated individual to lead the charge in enhancing the safety and well-being of our delivery heroes. As a Sr. Manager Health & Safety, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing safety protocols, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the overall health and safety standards for our valued riders.
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Rider Lifecycle team. With an in-depth understanding of the bigger picture, you will be responsible for riders’ health, safety & wellbeing across the MENA region and will be a key leader in our super exciting tech solutions, pioneering safety initiatives as well as active process auditing in all 8 markets. Your North Star will be to ensure data driven improvements in the way we tackle safety challenges on and off the road, with the ultimate goal of creating a healthy environment for Talabat riders.
This role isn’t just about maintaining safety; it’s about driving positive change and championing rider welfare at every step.
