Position Summary: Responsible for overall HR function including organization development, talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR operations for the assigned regions. Partner with leaders to achieve business objectives through HR strategies, programs, and initiatives. Position Responsibilities: Oversees team of HR professionals for assigned regions, providing day-to-day guidance and management. Acts as trusted advisor to the business unit senior leadership. Partners with business leaders to co-create a positive, effective, and high performing organization culture. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the business. Evaluates and anticipates HR-related needs for business unit management. Conducts meetings with respective business leaders as needed to address and prioritize HR related issues within the organization. Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Works with corporate HR and field HR teams to roll out various HR programs and makes recommendations for improvement as necessary. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Ability to bring cross-functional teams together to drive alignment and decision making Exceptional organization skills and prior experience with building processes and procedures a definite asset Strong communicator (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all levels, culture, background, and experience Strong project management skills a definite asset Strong interpersonal skills Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills Excellent leadership capabilities Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant area, or equivalent Experience: 6+ years of HR experience in a leadership role Disclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
