ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sr Manager, HR Operations & Rewards is a key member of the HR team within the Electric Thermal Solutions (ETS) business of Spirax Group plc. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of compensation, benefits, HR systems (HRIS), onboarding, and people analytics. The role ensures operational excellence in reward processes, accurate HR data management, and timely support to employees and managers across the business.
The Sr Manager will take ownership of benefits processes and employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and ongoing support for all employees. This role will also work closely with the Group Reward and HRIS teams to ensure alignment with global frameworks, systems, and policies. In addition, the Sr Manager will collaborate with reward leaders across other Spirax divisions to share best practices, support cross-business initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reward and HR operations across the Group.
