Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner This strategic role partners with senior business leaders across multiple units to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement in support of our rapid growth trajectory, while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and employee experience. What We Offer: · Salary range: $120,000 – $170,000 · 401K and healthcare benefits; Medical, Dental & Vision · Daily complimentary meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) · An organization dedicated to fostering innovation, cultivating creativity, and embracing new ideas while upholding our impeccable standard for hospitality · Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally · The chance to collaborate with and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry Responsibilities: · Partner strategically with 3–4 senior executives and their leadership teams across Airline Catering, Event Catering, and Restaurant/Hotel operations · Provide expert HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business objectives · Lead quarterly talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration · Advise and coach leaders through complex performance management and employee relations matters · Partner with Legal and Employee Relations on investigations and compliance matters · Develop and implement leadership and high-potential talent development programs · Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies · Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field · 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders · Proven experience in high-growth, multi-site, or global environments · Expertise in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development · Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices · Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills · Demonstrated success in driving change and developing leadership capability · Industry experience in hospitality, food service, airline, or event catering preferred Diversity & Inclusion Statement DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
