Job Title: Sr Manager, Industrial Security(FSO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Industrial Security who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security within our organization, including compliance with government regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a security-related field and will possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage all aspects of industrial security programs, including facility security clearances, personnel security clearances, and classified information protection
2. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations and company guidelines
3. Conduct security briefings and training for employees on security awareness and best practices
4. Perform security vulnerability assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks
5. Coordinate with government agencies and industry partners to ensure compliance with security requirements
6. Respond to security incidents and investigate security breaches
7. Maintain and update security clearance records and access controls
8. Provide guidance and support to employees on security-related matters

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial security, with a focus on facility and personnel security
• Certified Facility Security Officer (FSO) designation preferred
• Strong understanding of government regulations and industry standards related to security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software
