Infor is seeking a leader to support the Data Analytics strategy for our Services and Customer organizations, including their Enterprise KPIs, Strategic & Operational Dashboards, and advanced analysis needs. This role will lead a team of analysts that partner closely with strategic decision-makers and the Data Engineering team to proactively deliver enterprise measures and dashboards that support value-driven decisions. A successful candidate will understand how best-in-class Professional Services and Customer teams operate and what metrics are most impactful, leveraging that knowledge to partner with the business in wireframing and delivering solutions that address business needs and, ultimately, impact their business outcomes.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Analytics Strategy

  • Understand the Professional Services and Customer Organizations’ business goals, priorities, and key initiatives with a deep understanding of the data lifecycles and KPIs needed to support these goals.Operationalize the data products lifecycle across systems & enterprise reports, ensuring alignment and consistency of KPIs & calculations across functions.

Team Development

  • Mentor analyst team to support continuous learning and analytical skill development and create a team of data experts that deliver quality results.
  • Hold team accountable to results through monitoring performance KPIs and effective resource management leveraging team members’ comparative advantages.
  • Manage team capacity and improve operational delivery frameworks to align to key business priorities and match comparative advantages of team members for efficient delivery.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build relationships with both Business and Technical leadership to create trust and increase usage of data products and services the team provides.Effectively communicate and collaborate to align goals and priorities across teams focusing on projects with the most value-add and ensure timely progress updates.

  • Leadership experience in an analytical field
  • Experience in growing & developing a team of skilled analysts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
  • Experience translating business objectives into measurable results
  • Implementing end-to-end data lifecycle management processes leveraging agile and project management techniques
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques to drive action for business improvementExperience with Business Intelligence tools

  • Managing a team in a distributed, global team
  • Experience at an Enterprise high tech company
  • Experience with Product Management, UX, and Agile frameworksExperience in a Business Operations role supporting Professional Services, Customer, or other similar business functions
