REQUIREMENT:

15+ Years IT service, support and delivery experience

• 5+ Years Development/ L3 -Support Lead experience
• 3+ Years Kanban, Agile Scrum
• Hands on Experience in NodeJs/Java based application/service development including Rest, SOAP APIs
• Experienced in AWS Cloud services including Serverless Stack, Kinesis, API Gateway, DynamoDB
• Good Knowledge and understanding of relational/NoSQL Database systems preferably Oracle, PostgresSQL and DynamoDB; Ability to run queries on the backend environments
• Experience in using tools like GIT, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket
• Experience in Leading multi-locational Development and Production Support teams
• Good Soft skills

· Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices).
· Solid DevOps knowledge: CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation.
· Hands on working experience with AWS cloud platform.
· Proven experience managing onsite-offshore delivery teams.
· Experience of leading L2/L3 support team in multi vendor scenario.
