The Senior Manager, Learning and Development—Commercial Sales will lead the design and execution of global employee development initiatives that directly support AGCO’s commercial sales strategy. This role partners with AGCO University, Commercial Sales Leadership, the Global Talent Team, and HR Business Partners to identify, implement, and measure programs that strengthen sales performance and operational efficiency.
Success in this role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset focused on advancing AGCO’s commercial sales capabilities globally.
