WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

  • Master’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Ideally 5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions
  • Holistic perspective & ability to manage a transaction from end-to-end (from initial / desktop analysis, through evaluation and internal presentation to external negotiation)
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English language skills
Responsibilities
  • Identify potential acquisition opportunities that align with the Portfolio / M&A Strategy of Henkel Consumer Brands
  • Prepare deep dives, investment thesis and recommendations to senior management to decide on M&A opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence activities which entails collaborating with relevant business and corporate functions across Henkel
  • Prepare business plans and detailed financial analysis as well as all necessary committee or board approval documentsfor divestments, preparation of transaction scope, structure, carve-out financials, and other deal documents such as Information Memorandum
  • Negotiate key terms of transactions together with Corporate M&A and legal teams
  • Ensure that an integration plan is designed and smooth hand-over to dedicated PMI lead
  • Conduct strategic analysis, industry research and competitor analysis to help evaluate potential M&A opportunities
  • Act as sparring partner for regions & category management on M&A matters
