Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Network Services team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for network architecture and operations to meet business requirements.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure the team’s success.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of network services through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and issue resolution.
  • Manage network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI).
  • Lead network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
  • Support the existing Cisco and Avaya phone systems.
  • Build future state strategy for phone and voice systems and execute toward the target.
  • Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans for network initiatives.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with network service providers and technology vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Develop and manage the Network Services budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
