OP and LCL-C management, CHC screening and treatment pilot/expansion, etc. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Core Activities: 1. EDL listing accountabilities: Provide in-depth insights on healthcare provider and policy matters critical for product evaluation regarding: Evolution of the EDL policy system and what the environment will evolve Magnitude of the opportunity in relation to EDL listing implications healthcare provider channels and channel characteristics External engagement Engage regularly with relevant healthcare authorities to understand current landscape and anticipate future changes Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to obtain EDL listing 2.National Rare Disease Listing accountabilities: Track National Rare Disease List update policy evolvement and timeline Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to obtain National Rare Disease Listing 3. Healthcare policy shaping accountabilities: Develop and implement robust policy advocacy strategies including easing hospital listing, promoting rational drug use, tiered diagnosis/treatment in national level Clinical pathway formulation for LDC-C and OP 4. TA Policy advocacy accountabilities: Develop and implement robust policy advocacy strategies including OP and LCL-C management, CHC screening and treatment pilot/expansion, etc. Policy shaping LDL-C screening/management listing in public health service package Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to obtain opportunity of CHC, public health service listing ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Report to VA&P Head Cross-functional (medical, marketing, sales, KA, commercial, etc.) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of directly related experience in MNC TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Basic Requirements Good understanding of China healthcare system Deep knowledge in China govt’s priorities in healthcare Skilled in KOL and govt official engagement Proficient Capability of Evidence-based policy shaping Enjoy new challenges and is comfortable with responsibilities Key Capabilities Strong acumen on healthcare reform and business Think strategically with broader view Manage uncertainties with focus on delivering results through Effective Team and Peer Leadership Formulating Integrated, Cross-Functional Strategies through effective communicating with logical thinking approach .
