Piper Companies is seeking a Sr Manager, Process Intelligence & Orchestration (Hybrid) for an industry leading credit union based in McLean, VA. This position will manage Process Intelligence and Orchestration efforts in the decision management space, focusing on speed of change, reusability, reliability, and transparency in workflow, process, and data consumption.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SR MANAGER, PROCESS INTELLIGENCE & ORCHESTRATION INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics required; Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in process orchestration and optimization development.
  • 4+ years of domain architecture experience.
  • 6+ years of direct management experience.
  • Experience with consumer lending credit systems strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, client-server, and GUI-based development tools.
  • Expertise in processing and case management software FICO Blaze Advisor
Responsibilities
  • Architect and design consumer originations, collections, and account management processes aligned with Consumer Banking goals.
  • Implement process intelligence and feedback mechanisms to optimize decisioning and identify process breaks or stalls.
  • Recommend tools and architecture for modeling, monitoring, and analyzing processing environments.
  • Maintain deployment architecture and processes using best practices.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop visualizations of KPIs such as outcomes, speed, and abandonment.
  • Extend decisioning capabilities to other areas of consumer banking.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors, including software providers and credit bureaus.
  • Provide technical support for operational issues in decisioning systems and recommend enhancements.
  • Work with Product teams to translate requirements into design improvements, including 3rd party integrations and user experience enhancements.
