SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager. In this position, your primary objective is to solicit, develop, and maintain accounts in assigned market segments through direct sales efforts, while ensuring that budgeted financial results are achieved and exceeded. Additionally, you will assist the Director of Sales in supervising sales activity and production to ensure the achievement of their goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate would have strong sales expertise, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships. These attributes enable a senior sales manager to lead effectively, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales.
