Description

Lead complex partnership projects and initiatives. Resolve complex issues and provide strategic recommendations. Manage and grow key partnerships. Implement process improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness. Contribute to the development of partnership strategies. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. - Coordinate with engineering, compliance, AML/KYC, and operations teams. - Support product localization and integration. - Collaborate with commercial teams for GTM strategies. - 6-12+ years of experience in fintech, payments, partnerships, consulting, or BD in LATAM. - Knowledge of PIX, SPEI, and open finance. - Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Mexico), plus English.
