Description
Manager contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels. Implement key people process, including talent and performance management. Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth. Use data insights identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement. Support change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes. -=Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective. Partner with leadership to create solutions for HR challenges. Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing leadership. Experience leading senior leaders through various talent management processes, including performance management, talent assessments, succession planning and organization design. Effective communication and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams.
