• Leading strategy development for contact and servicing strategies, portfolio segmentation, and channel optimization
• Designing and executing champion/challenger strategies and data-driven campaigns to improve customer experience and collection outcomes
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Product) to develop and implement portfolio and treatment strategies
• Exploring opportunities to use machine learning models, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to modernize operations
• Leverage new and alternative data to improve consumer engagement and conversion
• Influence executive-level decision-making, by developing data-informed recommendations
