Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager - Product Lead Growth for a world wide SaaS organization. The Sr. Manager - Product Lead Growth role can sit remote and must work EST/CST hours. Sr. Manager - Product Lead Growth will define and execute strategies that accelerate user adoption, retention, and revenue through product-driven experiences.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SR. MANAGER - PRODUCT LEAD GROWTH:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, product management, or marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in PLG frameworks, subscription models, and SaaS retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, experimentation, and AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) modeling.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of freemium and trial conversion models in SaaS.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead PLG initiatives to drive self-service adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize user onboarding, activation, and retention with data-driven experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align growth efforts.
  • Design pricing and packaging strategies that enhance conversion rates for B2B customers.
  • Implement customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and engagement trends to refine PLG tactics.
  • Drive automation and scalability for self-service and product-led acquisition channels.
