Website: https://specialtydentalbrands.com/about The Role Hybrid | Nashville, TN (The Nations) – 3 days in office, 2 days remote The Senior Manager of Provider Compensation oversees all accounting and finance aspects of physician compensation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role is highly collaborative and plays a critical part in developing, communicating, and continuously improving compensation processes while driving transparency and understanding across the organization. This position partners closely with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to ensure compensation programs support both provider success and the Company’s long-term growth. Essential Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end provider compensation process, including base compensation, incentives, and other compensation components Partner across the organization to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing related to provider compensation Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to physicians outlining compensation performance and financial impacts Collaborate with the broader Finance team to develop and present provider compensation analyses and forecasts to management and senior leadership Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations; develop and maintain strong internal controls to protect data integrity Partner with Legal to review employment agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations Maintain an accurate, up-to-date compensation database/system of record Monitor upcoming contract expirations, renewals, and option periods and provide proactive recommendations to business leaders Collaborate with senior leadership, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to develop and align compensation strategies with company goals Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed Requirements 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or provider compensation management Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Experience working with physician or provider compensation models Dental industry experience highly preferred; broader healthcare experience will be considered Proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial audiences High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally Experience in healthcare services or multi-site organizations preferred Location & Work Schedule Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote Office location: Nashville, TN (The Nations) Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company contribution Generous PTO and paid holidays Supportive, people-first culture with opportunities for growth Would you like to join a growing organization where your work makes a meaningful impact?
