ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sr Manager Quality Operations – EMEA, you’ll be the champion of quality across our factories and co-manufacturing sites throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You’ll lead a dynamic team of Quality Managers and Engineers, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the highest standards — safeguarding the trust our customers place in us.
You’ll bridge the voice of the customer with business goals, driving continuous improvement, swift resolution of quality incidents, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will directly impact the safety, consistency, and excellence of a leading frozen foods portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and inspire a team of Quality Managers and Food Safety experts across multiple countries.
Drive quality excellence and compliance with our Lamb Weston Quality System.
Manage complex quality challenges — from factory operations to supplier relationships and customer feedback.
Implement robust systems for incident handling, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, auditors, and industry partners to set and raise quality standards.
Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within your teams.
Oversee quality for both frozen and ambient product portfolios, ensuring food safety “from fork to farm.”
