Ansell is looking for a Sr Manager, Regional Demand Planning to join our team in Brussels.
In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing Regional Planning for an assigned portfolio within the designated region. You will be responsible for creating an 18-month rolling forecast covering unconstrained demand planning, constrained revenue recognition, and inventory management. Additionally, you will ensure alignment across the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, driving customer service excellence and optimizing inventory levels while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Planning Lead, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Drive and lead the Regional Planning process by managing related workflows, stakeholder relations, and information flow to achieve customer service level targets.
  • Lead demand review meetings with Sales and Marketing, leveraging inputs such as sales forecasts, opportunities, and supply commitments.
  • Provide demand input for the annual product sales plan within the budgeting process.
  • Track changes and demand plan accuracy, ensuring continuous improvement in forecast quality.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance service and cost while maintaining budgetary targets.
  • Manage inventory positions, preventing excess and obsolete stock while ensuring product availability.
  • Oversee intra-region allocations and fast-track supply shipments to mitigate shortages.
  • Actively participate in Integrated Business Planning meetings and product rationalization processes.
  • Act as the key liaison with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Finance to drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) process by working with strategic partners to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory management.

  • Experience:

o Solid supply chain experience in FMCG, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries.
o Experience in business and strategic planning.
o Experience in a global matrix organization preferred.

o End-to-end planning experience beyond demand/S&OP/inventory planning at a regional/global level.

  • Skills:

o Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages preferred).
o Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, statistical forecasting tools).
o Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
