We are looking for an outstanding candidate with a strong blend of technical Ecommerce expertise and high business acumen to lead the Tim Hortons Retail Ecommerce business. The Sr. Manager, Ecommerce will lead all business strategy & operations for TimShop.ca and other 3rd party online retail sales channels, including development & execution of the site feature roadmap, inventory planning & order fulfillment, and management of the channel’s P&L. This individual will be the champion for Ecommerce within the organization and will collaborate with a number of cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Digital/Tech, Supply Chain, Legal, and Guest Services. In addition, they will procure & manage relationships with a number of external Ecommerce agency partners and vendors.
