Your Impact
As aSr. Manager, Revenue Operations, you’ll support the US and Western Europe Sales businesses within the WW Sales Operations Organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Operations, you’ll drive operational excellence across planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring sales productivity, process efficiency, and a seamless customer experience all while working cross-functionally in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What the Role Offers

  • Annual Planning – Partner with Sales Leadership to establish the financial plan, resource deployment, and quota setting for the year ahead.
  • Forecast Management – Drive forecast cadence, accuracy, and predictability in collaboration with Sales Leaders.
  • Pipeline Insights – Monitor pipeline coverage, analyze health, and ensure visibility into future performance.
  • Business Analytics – Deliver insights and recommendations for quarterly reviews, growth programs, and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Global Operations to enhance processes and support business growth.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years of experience inSales or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven ability to navigatemultinational, matrix-based organizations and influence stakeholders.
  • Stronganalytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a track record of accurate, executive-ready deliverables.
  • High sense ofownership and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Expertise inSalesforce and advancedMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); understanding ofGo-to-Market strategy in enterprise software sales is a plus.
  • Flexibility to operate acrossglobal time zones and adapt to time-sensitive demands.
