Lead complex projects to improve sales operations. Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments. Create and maintain quality assurance within the program, increasing trust in revenue share payouts. Engage Sales teams to enhance the sales experience as well as tools and reporting. Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success Management to improve the Partner experience. Identify payout opportunities for Revenue Share on additional products and integrations, strengthening our value proposition to new and existing Partners. Act as a liaison between business leadership, product, finance, and other key partners. Create effective internal and external communications, including but not limited to program enhancements and Partner reporting. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to join the Commercial Strategy & Execution organization to oversee the Global Partner Program. This role will play a critical role in facilitating and enhancing the Partner and Partner Revenue Share program. The ideal candidate is a world-class communicator and synthesizer of complex information who can translate data and insights into process improvements and dependable, accurate payout flows for our Partners. They must be a skilled operator and project manager who can drive execution across a wide range of strategic initiatives and stakeholders. This is a highly visible role that spans strategy, analytics, and execution. It is an opportunity to interact with stakeholders across Partnerships, Product, and Finance organizations, driving meaningful improvements to a global program. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Permit and Relocation Prerequisites: Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. Relocation support will not be provided for this role.
