About the Job Semiconductor Wafer Fab and Assembly, include Wafer, gas, chemical, Stamping, service. Lead global Procurement team include China, Philippine, Europe and US. Partners with Senior Leadership to create continuous improvement procedures and processes that enable Littelfuse locations to run efficiently, productively and safely. Procedures affect multiple locations and key areas of the company. (35%) Leads a team that identifies suppliers, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, supplier development, and risk reduction. (30%) Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements. (30%) Assesses issues and develops resolutions on supplier gaps to meet business objectives. (5%) Other duties as assigned.
