BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability, with a focus on optical and mixed-signal ASIC/chiplet technologies
• Extensive experience working with foundries and managing process reliability
• Deep understanding of semiconductor physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reliability strategies for high-volume manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with reliability modeling and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, ReliaSoft)
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100)
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with advanced packaging technologies (e.g., 2.5D/3D)
• Experience with optical device reliability
• Experience with high speed SerDes reliability
