Job Summary The Senior Manager, Service Marketing drives the commercial success of Masimo’s Service Program by developing and executing marketing strategies that support sales growth, customer engagement, and market expansion for Masimo’s Service portfolio. This role focuses on post-launch activities, leveraging market insights and cross-functional collaboration to maximize adoption and deliver impactful marketing programs that position Masimo as a leader in the medical technology industry.   Duties & Responsibilities * Own end-to-end global marketing strategy for Masimo's Service portfolio for all sales channels. * Partner with Global Sales and Technical Service to understand current customer needs and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives. * Develop strong relationships with regional channel partners to ensure alignment between strategy and commercial execution.   * Conduct in-depth research and regular monitoring to understand customer needs, market dynamics, trends, and the competitive landscape to inform portfolio and marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. * Partner with Global Sales and Technical Service teams to understand current customer needs and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives.  * Build clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging tailored to key audiences across global markets. * Elevate brand presence and Sales Effectiveness through development and maintenance of downstream marketing materials, including collateral and sales tools, to drive service adoption and retention within various regions.  * Develop and maintain downstream marketing materials, including collateral and sales tools, to drive service adoption and retention within various regions.  * Plan and deliver targeted campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and loyalty. * Measure success and drive results using data, insights, and KPIs * Provide support and training to internal teams. * Prepare ad-hoc presentations, reports, and analyses for internal/external use. * Other related projects, assignments, and responsibilities as needed.   Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:  Minimum Qualifications * 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.   * Experience launching, managing, or implementing service solutions for healthcare, medical devices, or related industries. * Proven track record in downstream or product marketing, with demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes. * Strong ability to analyze data, interpret customer insights, and prepare reports. * Continuous Improvement mindset.   * Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences. * Creative and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.  * Collaborative team player able to work effectively across functions and geographies. * Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.     Preferred Qualifications * 7+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.  * Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and customer needs.   Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
