About You
You will be responsible for overseeing the sales of services, leading a team to achieve revenue goals. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organisation’s goals.
  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislations, to manage customer data.
  • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
  • Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
  • Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
