Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). 3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions. Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and healthcare interoperability standards. AI Governance & Ethics: Responsible AI practices aligned with healthcare regulations. Interoperability Expertise: HL7, FHIR, and EHR integration leadership. Cloud Certifications: Azure, AWS, or GCP architect-level credentials. GenAI & RAG Experience: Embedding models, vector search, OpenAI API integration. AI Observability: Model drift monitoring and pipeline performance tracking. Disaster Recovery: Business continuity planning for cloud-native systems. Cross-Functional Influence: Strong collaboration with product, clinical, and compliance teams.
